We empower everyday young people to become community journalists, using basic mobile phones to capture and share authentic stories about life in their neighborhoods. Through mobile journalism training, we equip youth to record, edit, and narrate videos and audio that counter mainstream misrepresentations and amplify grassroots voices. These stories are disseminated through social media, podcasts, and community screenings—not only to inspire public awareness but also to provide lived-experience evidence that informs advocacy and influences policy at the local/city government level
